Meet Sarah

IMG_3274.jpeg

HI! I'm Sarah, a registered dental hygienist, orofacial myofunctional therapist, and founder of Hello Myo. I help children and adults improve breathing, sleep, and oral function through personalized myofunctional therapy.

My passion for this work is personal. After years of unexplained fatigue, I was eventually diagnosed with sleep apnea and a tongue tie. My own treatment showed me first hand how breathing, tongue posture, and muscle function can impact sleep and overall well-being.

Recognizing similar patterns in my own children further strengthened my commitment to helping families identify concerns earlier and build healthier patterns for the future.
